Our company is only responsible for negotiation and does not bear any compensation!! Based on our years of shipping experience: direct logistics has relatively few damages. If the original packaging is used for transshipment, the damage rate will increase significantly. Only by adding wooden frames can the damage rate be greatly reduced, but a packaging fee of 5 to 10 yuan per piece for wooden strips needs to be paid. In addition, the more you order, the less likely it is to break. It is very safe to choose safety foam box packaging (one cup, one foam box), and basically there is no damage. 2. The speed of logistics may be relatively slower. Occasionally, the delivery time may be extended due to weather conditions or other reasons. The speed of freight and express delivery, as well as the unloading points of freight, are beyond our control. We sincerely ask for your understanding, dear buyers! 3. Regarding the reviews, any issue can be resolved. We hope you won't casually give medium or bad reviews. It's not easy for sellers to maintain positive reviews. As long as we can solve the problem, we will definitely solve it. However, we hope you won't threaten sellers with medium or bad reviews for refunds. Sellers will insist on their position and file complaints to the end. We hope you can understand. 4. As most of our products are self-produced and self-sold, the profit margin is very low. To speed up the capital turnover, all Taobao friends are requested to check the performance of the items within 24 hours after receiving them. If any quality problems are found, please contact us in time. If no contact is made within 48 hours, we will consider that the products have no quality issues.
