Regarding the issue of receiving goods: Due to the busy packaging at the warehouse. When receiving the goods, please check the number of items and the weight on the box. Regarding the issue of express delivery timeliness: The goods are dispatched from Shenzhen. It takes 1 to 2 days to reach within Guangdong Province. It usually takes about 3 to 4 days outside the province. Remote areas: 6 to 8 days, such as Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Shandong, Qinghai, Ningxia

When goods are dispatched according to orders, if there is a shortage of colors, the warehouse will automatically mix them with other colors of the same style. Product Return Instructions

We do not accept no-reason returns or exchanges. Quality issues can be exchanged. We do not evade problems but actively negotiate and handle them. For returns or exchanges due to quality issues, please accumulate more than 100 items before returning them all at once. The shipping cost will be borne by the manufacturer. (Please do not send them as delivery items.) If you request a return or exchange for less than 100 items, the shipping cost will be at your own expense.
