I. Order Placement Rules:
1. The marked price represents the actual factory shipment. Mixed batches are supported. There is no limit to the quantity. Orders will be dispatched as soon as they can be placed. After clicking "Confirm Order", the system will automatically calculate the express delivery fee, and at the same time, you can see the specific charging standards of the express delivery company. Customers who need to send goods by logistics, please be sure to contact us and change the shipping fee to 0. The logistics fee for sending goods by logistics is collect on delivery, and you can pick up the goods yourself. Currently, when placing an order on Alibaba, you cannot choose between logistics and express delivery by yourself. Our system is set to default to express delivery.
2. You get what you pay for. We hope you can view the product introduction and pictures with an abstract mindset. Products are constantly being improved and upgraded, and some of the product pictures have been processed by graphic designers. If you are looking for a specific product from a particular manufacturer, please contact us for physical confirmation before placing an order.
3. For products with color options to choose from, we will ship them according to the order. For those without color options, they are usually dispatched randomly. Randomness means that we will send them in any color available in our warehouse.
4. Please make full use of the "Leave a Message for Seller" section to note your special requirements. We will try our best to meet the requirements so that the warehouse can also see the remarks and avoid sending the wrong goods or the wrong logistics, etc
Ii. Shipping Rules:
We mainly have two shipping methods. If the quantity of goods is not large, we suggest sending by express delivery. It will be delivered to your door, which is convenient and fast. The goods are sent by logistics, but it's usually not very convenient to pick them up at the logistics company yourself. For express delivery, the default is ZTO Express. For logistics, the default is dedicated line consignment. Every day, there are many trucks sent to various places. After the goods arrive, the consignment company will call to notify the pick-up. Even in counties or districts where there is no direct delivery vehicle, the consignment company will arrange for a truck to transfer the goods over. The direct consignment fee for one piece of goods is approximately 30 yuan, and the transfer fee for places that require transfer is about 20 yuan.
The goods will be dispatched within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the incomplete backend of Alibaba, the specific shipping time for express delivery is based on the scanned record and not on the "Click to Ship" button in the backend. Logistics is subject to the updated logistics item number and phone number.
3. If there is a designated logistics service, please be sure to leave a message for the seller and note the phone number and address of Yiwu. Chat records will not be used as proof.
4. Direct delivery usually takes about three to four days, while for places requiring transfer, it will be delayed by about one or two days. Except in special circumstances. The actual arrival time shall prevail. If it is beyond our control, you can specify the logistics if you have any requirements for the delivery time.
5. The specific pick-up address shall be subject to the notice of the shipping company. If it is inconvenient to pick up the goods, you can specify the logistics or send them by express delivery.
6. We can also deliver goods according to the logistics specified by the customer, such as Deppon, Jiaji, Xinbang, and Tiandi Huayu. But the shipping cost is rather expensive.
Iii. After-sales Rules
Within 3 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please promptly provide feedback on the product information and receiving details (fragile and pressure-sensitive items, whether there is a shortage of goods, and the actual receiving situation). Feedback received after the deadline will not be accepted. Any verified false reporting will not be accepted.
If any product with functional failure or other quality issues is found within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact us in a timely manner. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.
3. When customers receive the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not, they need to open the box for inspection. If any product is damaged or has other quality issues due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate with a fresh seal and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in claiming compensation.
Returns made on the grounds of dissatisfaction or dissimilarity, but with no actual quality issues, will not be accepted.
5. For all returns due to quality issues, please accumulate more than five kilograms. The shipping cost for returns will be borne by our company (we will not accept returns from expensive logistics companies such as Deppon and Jiaji. For the return method, please contact and negotiate with our after-sales customer service). If the customer insists on returning, the shipping cost will be at their own expense. After all, this is a mixed batch, not retail. Please understand each other!
