Under normal circumstances, all our wholesale goods are sent to the consignment department (basically directly or through transfer to cities at or above the county level across the country). After the goods arrive in your city, the consignment company will call you to notify you to pick them up. Shipping is generally calculated based on the number of pieces (as long as the products are not too heavy or too fluffy, in some regions, the freight is calculated based on the weight of the goods.) For specific details, please refer to the charging standards of the shipping company. For customers who are shipping, please contact customer service to change the freight to 0. The freight is paid by you to the shipping company when you pick up the goods. You only need to pay the purchase price when you make the payment to us.

2. If you have any special requirements, such as a designated shipping department, please specify them when placing your order. We will ship the goods to the department you specify.

3. For small purchases or small-scale wholesale, if the quantity is small and sent by express delivery, the express delivery fee shall be paid according to the amount charged by the express delivery company.

4. We offer door-to-door pickup services within the same city. For orders over 500 yuan within the urban area, we can deliver them to your door.

If you encounter any problems during the purchase process, please contact us by phone or QQ. We will discuss all kinds of issues you may have during the shopping process with you.

2. If the goods can be received on time within one week, upon receiving the customer's inquiry, we will immediately conduct an inquiry and provide the most timely response to the corresponding issues.

3. If any damage occurs during transportation, we will not be responsible for any loss. However, we can do our best to package the products well, communicate with the freight, and minimize the transportation loss to the greatest extent.

5. We deliver goods in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for any losses caused by the delay in delivery by the freight company.
