2. Regarding size

3. Regarding color

4. Regarding invoices

All products are priced without tax! Our factory is a general taxpayer. We can only issue value-added tax special invoices and must make corporate payments. The charge is 10% for orders starting from 20,000 yuan! Our factory does not provide any other ordinary invoices! The receipt can be stamped.

5. Regarding after-sales service

All products (excluding materials) that are normally available for sale enjoy a seven-day no-reason return and exchange policy! For custom-made products and custom-made colors, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for any reason, except for product errors. Minor size errors and color errors without a color card do not count as errors in product manufacturing. For instance, mistakes in the pattern or the number of heads are considered errors in product manufacturing.

6. Regarding shipment

The delivery time from our factory is determined by individual orders and communication with customers! Whether free shipping is by express delivery or logistics depends on the product and the delivery area! Our factory usually purchases freight insurance for customers, ensuring worry-free returns and exchanges!

Artificial flowers are classified as light and bulky goods. Whether it is express delivery, logistics or consignment departments, they do not charge based on actual weight but on volume! Please be informed, customer.

Express delivery: The waybill number can be tracked and the goods will be delivered to your door. (For small items, used in nearby areas of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai)

Logistics: The waybill number can be tracked, and door-to-door delivery is charged. For instance, Deppon, Tiandi Huayu, Jiaji, etc. (High charge. Not recommended for use.)

Consignment Department: Special lines from Yiwu to each provincial level are then transferred to cities or counties. There are also dedicated lines from Yiwu to designated cities, where customers need to provide their own phone numbers and addresses in Yiwu. There is no logistics tracking. You can only consult by phone. The charges are reasonable and affordable. However, due to regional and market factors, we can only know the approximate shipping cost and cannot provide accurate shipping data.
