When purchasing the product, please contact customer service to confirm the color. If no color is confirmed, the default order color will be used. If you need to customize products or inquire about product information, please contact customer service. Customization takes some time, and the product price remains the wholesale price as usual!! Some in-stock products can be dispatched within 1-3 days! It takes 7 to 15 days for custom-made products to be dispatched. For large quantities, it will take about 20 to 30 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Due to the differences in camera exposure and production batches. There may be a slight color difference between the picture and the product. About the product

1. The flower stems of the artificial flowers can be adjusted in length as required: if shorter, they can be directly bent or pruned. If it needs to be long, it can be grafted into branches. When placing the flower vase, you can put newspapers or other materials under the non-transparent flower vase to increase its height. Transparent flower vases can be decorated with stones and other ornaments.

2. For the packaging of artificial flowers, the flower heads are usually wrapped in plastic bags to maintain their original shape as much as possible.

3. The production of artificial flowers involves many processes, among which the bonding of petals is entirely done by hand. During transportation, flower heads and leaves may fall off. This phenomenon is quite common. After receiving the goods, just insert the flower heads and leaves. If conditions permit, it can be fixed with hot melt adhesive.

4. Artificial flowers are inevitably deformed due to compression during transportation. Generally, they can be restored with a little arrangement after being arranged in a bouquet. Or, use boiling water to steam the deformed flowers and leaves. When the material becomes moist and soft and the wrinkles disappear, dry them in the air or use a hair dryer to dry them.

5. Cleaning of artificial flowers. Generally, you can blow the surface with a hair dryer or wipe it with a cloth.

Regarding the price

All products are marked at the factory price, and the shipping cost is borne by the buyer. For small quantities sent by express delivery, please contact customer service to modify the shipping fee. For items outside the province that are too large in volume or weight, it is assumed that the freight will be sent for self-pickup. Just fill in 0 for the freight. In case of special circumstances requiring express delivery, please contact customer service to modify the express delivery fee. The delivery time is subject to the goods.
