Luggage customization order placement process
1. Quotation: Products can be customized according to customer requirements. Materials and colors can be changed, and production can be carried out under cost control to meet customer needs. They can also be redesigned and customized based on customer requirements. The specific price needs to be quoted by our business personnel. Most of the prices on the website are reference prices.
2. Product sample making: The general sample making cycle is about 3 to 7 days. The sample making fee is 200 to 600 yuan (extra charges apply for particularly complex items, while a reduction can be made for particularly simple ones). The sample making fee can be refunded if the order amount reaches 500 pieces or 20,000 yuan. It is best for the customer to provide a physical sample so that the quotation can be more accurate. The customer can also provide a sample based on their drawings, but they need to provide clear product pictures such as materials, specifications, and structures. Only in this way can the quotation avoid errors as much as possible. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending samples to our factory. We do not accept any unauthorized delivery of shipping fees or anonymous emails.
3. Sample customer LOGO: Silk screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer printing, heat transfer, embossing, gold stamping, etc. are available. The zipper pull can also be molded.
4. Formal Order: Both parties confirm the style, quantity, material, unit price, advertising requirements (the products can be silk-screened, embroidered, custom-made with adhesive stamps, or custom-made with metal trademarks and other logos of different materials) and delivery time of the ordered products, and sign an equal cooperation business contract between both parties.
5. Product Packaging: Each package is placed with desiccant as required during packaging. It is packed in PP plastic bags. The number of boxes to be packed is determined according to the actual specifications. Seamless packaging is adopted, and the outer box has double packing straps, which is safer during transportation.
6. Payment Method: A 30% deposit must be paid in advance to the factory when placing an order. Before delivery, you can inspect the goods at our factory or we can provide photos of the goods. After paying the remaining 70% to the factory, the goods will be dispatched. You can also choose to have the logistics company collect the payment on your behalf. First, inspect the goods at the local logistics company and then make the payment to pick them up.
