2. Regarding distribution: For all products, when the styles and colors are complete, we usually mix the styles and colors and randomly distribute them. Due to our large daily shipment volume, a certain product may be out of stock at any time. If it is out of stock, we will note it on the list or notify you by phone whether to exchange for other products

3. Regarding receiving the goods: Whether you receive the package yourself or entrust someone else to do so, please be sure to open it in front of the Courier for inspection (to ensure the integrity of the items and the accuracy of the quantity). Only sign for it after confirming that everything is correct. If you find that the items are broken, missing, or water has entered the packaging, please refuse to sign for it. If you discover any problems after signing for the package and then contact the Courier company, they will not recognize it! We have no reason to claim compensation from the Courier. At the same time, we do not cover your losses. The consequences can only be borne by yourself. Please pay close attention to this point!

4. Regarding shipment: Depending on the weight of the ordered goods, the destination of arrival, and the customer's time requirements, you can choose transportation methods such as express delivery or road transportation according to your own needs.

When there aren't too many goods, the express delivery time is relatively fast, with door-to-door delivery and the cost is also quite moderate.

If the goods are heavy, freight and road transportation will be relatively cheaper, but you need to pick them up at the agency. We suggest that you can choose a reasonable and convenient mode of transportation based on the local freight situation

The goods are usually received by express delivery within 3 to 7 days. Sometimes, due to weather or various unexpected events, the goods may be delayed. We ask for the buyer's understanding. 5. We will deliver the goods according to the transportation method specified by the customer. The shipping cost incurred during the delivery shall be borne by the customer.

If express delivery is used, it is recommended that the freight and the payment for goods be paid to us together, and we will cover the express delivery fee. (If the express delivery fee is collected, it will be 50% more expensive.

If freight is used, the freight usually needs to be paid to the freight company after receiving the goods. (The freight charges are the same for cash on delivery and collection.)

When receiving the package, be sure to open it on the spot to check if it is intact. If there is any damage, ask the Courier to sign for confirmation and return the original. Once signed for, it is considered that the item is in good condition!
