Regarding the delivery date:
Our factory maximizes the guarantee of product quality, with meticulous craftsmanship and superior products. The normal delivery time for regular sewn products is about 20 to 25 days, and for voltage products, it is about 25 to 28 days. We have a long-term and good supply chain, stable material resources and high cost performance. We can also help customers complete urgent orders in a short period of time.
Regarding the sample fee
Sample making requires the payment of a sample fee. For products that have been made with molds, only the cost of materials will be charged. For those that have not been made with molds, a mold fee will be charged appropriately. The sample fee will be refunded in full when placing an order for production. It takes 5 to 7 days for ordinary products to make a sample, and 7 to 10 days for special products.
