4. Regarding customer service
If your inquiry is not replied to in a timely manner, it might be due to an excessive volume of inquiries at that time or a system failure. Except for legal holidays, the working hours on working days are from 9:00 to 17:00, with one day off per week.
5. Regarding after-sales service
