Used goods cannot be exchanged
7. Without contacting the store owner and informing them of the reason for the return or exchange, the items were sent back without any pre-treatment. Nor did I receive any payment.
8. Products are not subject to return or exchange. 1. If the received item has non-human-induced quality issues, please contact the store owner within three days. After confirmation, we will exchange it for you. If the goods have no quality issues but have been washed, damaged, modified or disassembled by the buyer, they cannot be exchanged.
