Purchase Notice
Regarding sample cloth: Purchase sample cloth or contact us to arrange quality samples. The sample size should be 15*15 cm. The samples will be sent by SF Express. The express fee will be borne by the buyer. Generally, the sample fabrics will be dispatched within 1-2 days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Regarding color difference: Our company guarantees that all products are photographed in real life, and at the same time, we take into account the color difference of the display and the influence of shooting light. There may be a color difference between the actual product and the picture. Each customer has different requirements for color. If you have particularly high requirements for color, please be cautious when purchasing the product. For bulk orders, please first check the fabric quality samples. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please ask more questions and make more comparisons before purchasing. Make sure to contact us before placing a bulk order. After the quality is confirmed, bulk goods will be dispatched to minimize losses for both parties.
Regarding product quality issues: (1) If there are any quality problems with the products, please notify our company in writing within seven days after receiving the goods. We will not handle it after this period. If there are any quality issues with the product itself, please take photos and notify us in writing of your requirements. Any damage caused by human factors is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Our company will not be responsible for any cutting or deep processing!
(2) Minor flaws: The vast majority of our company's products adhere to the principle of ensuring quality. Although we conduct strict inspections before shipment and each customer has different preferences, it is impossible to be perfect in the eyes of any customer. Some minor flaws do not affect usage at all. Customers who cannot accept minor flaws are kindly requested to think twice before purchasing. Thank you for your cooperation!

Regarding shipping: After the customer places an order, in-stock orders will be dispatched on the same day or the next day, while custom-made orders will generally be dispatched within 7 to 10 days after the deposit is paid

Regarding custom orders based on samples: Custom orders based on samples do not support online Alipay transactions. After signing the purchase contract and paying a 30% deposit, bulk goods will be produced. After the bulk goods are produced, rice samples will be sent for confirmation first, or someone can be sent for inspection.
