1. Buyers are requested to select the products they need and inform the salesperson of the quantity, model and pictures of the required products (try to inform through Wangwang, fax or other means to avoid any inconsistency between the model and the pictures). After receiving the order, the salesperson will sign and stamp it and send the purchase order to the buyer by fax. The buyer must ensure that the received purchase order is consistent with the products they need, sign it and return it to our factory.

 

Before making the remittance, the buyer should leave the required logistics information: the recipient's name, delivery address, and mobile phone number (important). After the buyer makes the remittance, they should promptly notify our factory of the remittance amount and account. Once our factory confirms the receipt of the payment, the sales department will notify the factory's shipping department to arrange for the shipment. After the goods are dispatched, our salesperson will promptly inform the buyer of the logistics company and the logistics tracking number so that the buyer can check the arrival status of the goods.

 

3. Freight issues: Due to the different volumes, weights of the products purchased by the buyers and their geographical locations, the freight prices vary. All products in our store are transported by logistics, with freight collected on delivery. If the buyer has a suitable logistics provider and the factory is convenient for shipping, the shipping department can ship the goods according to the logistics specified by the buyer.

 

4. Instructions for Pick-up
The buyer should bring the consignee's ID card to the local logistics company to pick up the goods. Please open the package in front of the staff of the transportation company to check if the items are damaged or missing. If there is any damage or shortage, please have the transportation company or the delivery person sign to explain and inform us in time. If you sign for the goods without opening and inspecting them on the spot, we will consider that the goods have arrived in good condition with no shortage. The buyer will bear the loss themselves. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Thank you! Before shipment, all products are strictly inspected by the factory inspectors and then packaged by the packaging department. For products that require wooden frames, they will be arranged to have the frames made and then dispatched by the shipping department through the logistics company. When buyers receive the goods, please be careful to open the packaging, especially for those packaged with wooden frames, as there are many nails. Be careful not to cut your hands. Do not strike the middle of the wooden board with a hammer. This can very easily cause damage to the product. This situation is caused by human factors. The buyer is responsible for any damage to the product. Therefore, it is essential to pay attention to the way and method of opening the package!
