I. Ordering Instructions
A. Mix batches of 5 pieces for each style, with a minimum batch size of 50 pieces or more.

Many of the products in our store are made from natural raw materials. There may be some minor flaws in the details (such as wood knots, burrs, and slight cracks), but they will not affect the use. Please do not hold our store's products to the high standards of handicrafts. Customers with high requirements are advised to purchase with caution.

b. All product images on the website are taken from real samples. However, there may be slight color differences among different batches of products during the production process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

c. The color and style of the products are usually sent randomly. If you have any requirements for the style and color, please contact customer service before placing an order.

Iii. Shipping Instructions (Shipping is divided into logistics and express delivery

a. Logistics delivery: The logistics fee is payable on delivery. Self-pickup is required. The goods are dispatched from Yiwu. If you need to use a designated logistics service, please leave a message to inform us. The logistics fee is payable on delivery. Please fill in 0 in the freight column.

b. If you need to send by express delivery, the express fee needs to be paid in advance. Please contact the customer service staff before making the payment and inform them of your address and the goods you need. We will calculate the corresponding freight amount.

c. Some products may be temporarily out of stock due to excessive shipment volume. Please contact the customer to inquire about the inventory situation before placing an order.

Iv. After-sales Notice

a. We will carefully package each piece of goods, but during transportation, if there is violent handling, damage is inevitable.
Our store offers the lowest wholesale prices with low profits. If buyers find any quality issues or damages during transportation after receiving the goods, they can return or exchange them. However, the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges need to be borne by the buyers themselves. Sellers do not accept any cash-on-delivery returns.
Once the buyer places an order, it is deemed acceptable by default. If you cannot accept it, please proceed with caution.
