I. Regarding the minimum order quantity
Our store offers a minimum single wholesale price of 500 yuan and supports mixed bulk orders. For orders under 500 yuan that require direct payment without contacting our customer service staff, our company will not handle the shipment matters.

Ii. Regarding sample fees
We do not provide samples for wholesale. If a 20% handling fee is indeed required, the price difference will be refunded after the order is confirmed.

Iii. Product Quotation
Our company's website offers direct wholesale prices (i.e., factory delivery prices, without invoicing, excluding freight charges and any other expenses). For customers from other places, we will handle the delivery on their behalf. Customers can specify logistics, freight, express delivery, etc. Freight charges are collected on delivery.

Iv. Payment Method

Only cash on delivery is accepted. Payment can be made via Alipay or bank transfer.

If the order requires a certain production time, a 30% deposit should be paid first, and the balance should be settled one day before shipment.

V. Shipping Method
Our products can be delivered by either logistics or express delivery. The logistics fee is payable on delivery and we collect the express delivery fee on your behalf. Customers can specify a logistics company for shipment. Please confirm the designated logistics with the salesperson in advance. If the customer does not specify, our company will randomly select a logistics company for shipment. Unless otherwise specified, our company randomly selects the logistics for shipment!

Vi. Delivery Time

After receiving the customer's payment or deposit, our company will prepare the goods, which usually takes about 1 to 3 days. As the order requires stocking up (some need to be produced), we kindly ask you to place your order as early as possible based on the actual situation to avoid our company being unable to arrange it in case of urgent need, which may affect the business development of the guests. After all the goods are ready, they will be dispatched according to the transportation method confirmed by the customer and our customer service staff. If there are some products that need to be delivered late, our salesperson will also notify the customer separately. The customer can choose to exchange or cancel the out-of-stock products.

Vii. Time of Delivery
It varies depending on the distance of each region, transportation conditions and mode of transportation. For specific information, please confirm with our salesperson or the carrier company.

Viii. Receiving Standards
After receiving the goods, please carefully inspect them in front of the logistics company staff. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening, please open and count the goods on the spot. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods for the time being. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.
3. Since all our shipments are handled by logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there will always be a few minor losses during normal transportation.
Each transportation company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. As situations such as toys being crushed during transportation occur from time to time, we do not bear the transportation liability insurance. It is recommended to purchase insurance during transportation. The normal handling fee is 3% to 5%.
Please carefully inspect the goods before picking them up.
4. We deliver the goods on behalf of the customers and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All freight charges are on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there is any damage or other issues, the freight can be used as a guarantee. It is generally recommended not to make advance payments.

Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui: The first weight is 5 yuan, and the additional weight is 1 yuan per kilogram

Guangdong, Shandong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Beijing, Tianjin, Henan, Hebei, Hunan and Hubei: The first weight is 7 yuan, and the additional weight is 4 yuan per kilogram

In Shaanxi, Guangxi, Shanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan and Hainan: The first weight is 10 yuan, and the additional weight is 7 yuan per kilogram

Liaoning, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia: The first weight is 12 yuan, and the additional weight is 9 yuan per kilogram

Xinjiang and Xizang: The first weight is 19 yuan, and the additional weight is 16 yuan per kilogram
