I have made the payment. When will the goods be dispatched and how long will it take to receive them?

Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship the goods in the order of your payment within 24 to 48 hours after your successful payment. The delivery time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions and the operation procedures of different Courier companies. Under normal circumstances, the goods will arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai within 1 to 2 days, in Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing and Tianjin within 2 to 3 days, and in other regions within 3 to 5 days. What should I do if the received products have quality issues or are out of stock?

Placing an order is deemed as agreement to the following terms

(1) Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will try to notify the out-of-stock products by phone. As the profit margin of the products is low, after receiving the goods, we will apply for a refund according to the out-of-stock products noted in the shipping list. No re-shipments will be made.

There may be missed shipments when the second batch is mixed. If you receive the goods and find that the quantity is less than the order quantity, please contact us in time. Regarding transportation, all logistics freight charges are collect on delivery. Logistics requires self-pickup.
