Non-group products can be delivered free of charge together with group products. You can contact customer service to change the shipping fee. Our store does not ship goods in Jinhua area. We also do not ship goods when customers take samples. Please be informed.

Free shipping: Free shipping for orders over 38 yuan (except for Xinjiang, Xizang and Qinghai). Delivery to your door in Yiwu urban area for orders over 500 yuan. (The above is based on the condition that the product price has not been changed.

• 4. Regarding the product

 Our factory specializes in wholesale of jewelry. Our products are mass-produced and mostly processed by hand. There may be slight differences among different batches of products. Minor flaws (which do not affect sales) are inevitable. It is recommended that you take samples to view the goods first. Everyone should understand the principle that you get what you pay for. Do not rely on your imagination. Everyone's imagination is unlimited, and we cannot satisfy this. Please understand! For customers with extremely strict quality requirements, please purchase at the counter!

• 5. Regarding color

Most of the products in our store are photographed in real life, with a small number of pictures from the Internet. The color has been professionally proofread and is the closest to the actual tiled picture. Due to factors such as lighting, color contrast and color temperature of computer monitors, color differences are inevitable. The picture is for reference only. Please refer to the actual product. If you mind, please take pictures with caution!

2. Regarding style and color issues, by default, goods will be allocated according to the order. Style or color remarks are not supported (except for special instructions on the product page). We will try our best to deliver the goods as per your requirements, but it is inevitable that there may be some shortages. We hope you can be understanding. If the stock is temporarily out of stock (you can also note the shortage in the order and the color will be randomly selected), we will notify you via Wangwang or phone. • 6. Regarding after-sales service  

1. Signature for Receipt: Please be sure to inspect and sign for the goods in person. This is your right and also a key part of our after-sales service. Thank you for your cooperation. If you are not convenient to sign for the goods in person, please inform a friend, relative or security guard who will sign for you on your behalf to inspect and sign for the goods.  

2. Shortage or quality issues: If there is any shortage or quality problem with the goods after you receive them, please contact our after-sales customer service within three days after signing for the goods. If there is a quality problem, please take photos for us to confirm as soon as you receive the goods. You can contact our after-sales service via Wangwang to send the pictures, and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. The consequences of overdue payment will be borne by yourself.

3. Return and Exchange: If you are not satisfied with the product, do not like it, and it has not been used and does not affect its secondary sale, you can return or exchange it. Most products are supported by default for no-reason returns and exchanges within three days after signature. Some products support a seven-day no-reason return service.

3.Regarding the handling of damaged and quality issue products as mentioned above, if there are problems with some goods and the customer wants to return the entire order, according to Alibaba's regulations, the shipping cost needs to be borne by the buyer.
