After receiving the goods, please open and inspect them in front of the Courier. If you have signed for them, it indicates that the quantity, quality and other aspects of the goods are all fine. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If the package is damaged or the quantity does not match the list, please contact us as soon as possible in front of the Courier and ask the Courier to note this situation on the return waybill. If the goods received by the buyer have quality issues and have not been used and the accessories are intact, they can apply for an exchange of goods of the same value or a return. Please ensure that the packaging is intact when returning or exchanging.
