After-sales service instructions: 1. Product damage issues: Please inspect the goods promptly upon receipt. If there are any damaged products, take photos and send them to our customer service for re-shipment or exchange. If there are no objections within 7 days from the date of signature for receipt, it is assumed that the product is fine. Beyond 7 days, it cannot be handled. 2. Quality issues of the pot body: In the case of non-human factors, if there is a quality problem within 15 days, it can be replaced free of charge by shipping. If it exceeds 15 days to 1 month, it can be replaced free of charge, and the shipping cost for each leg will be paid.

Regarding shipping fees: If the product has been dispatched and you refuse to accept it or let the store intercept it, the round-trip shipping fee will be deducted. Please place your order with caution. For non-free shipping returns (no-reason returns), the shipping fee will not be refunded.
