Regarding the size: Unit: cm. It is measured by hand when laid flat. A 2 to 4cm error is normal. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Silk products: Mulberry silk products have very low color fastness and are prone to fading. Do not wash them together with other clothes. Machine washing or hand washing with vigorous rubbing is strictly prohibited. Silk fabric is fragile and prone to snagging. Please inspect the goods before signing for receipt.
For denim items: The sand-washing process is used. It is normal for the color depth of the sand-washed parts of each piece of clothing to vary slightly.
Printed clothes: Different styles of clothes are made with different techniques. It is normal for the pattern positions and detail positions of printed fabric clothes to be different.
Quality issues: Thread ends and transportation extrusion wrinkles do not fall under quality problems. It is normal for there to be some color differences when taking pictures due to factors such as lighting and the scene.
Regarding the invoice: The marked price of the goods is not inclusive of tax. If you need an invoice, you need to pay the tax points before it can be issued. Note: If an invoice has been issued and any return or exchange issues arise during this period, the buyer must return the original invoice together.
