For cold preservation: When used with more than 2 ice packs, the refrigeration time can be extended to 24-36 hours. (Note: Food must be refrigerated first, and the cold preservation time is related to the surrounding temperature and usage method.)

For heat preservation: The heat preservation time is generally 2 to 5 hours (depending on the surrounding temperature. It is recommended to use a stainless steel container and wrap it with cloth to extend the heat preservation time).

However, when storing high-temperature items, please be sure to wrap them in cloth to prevent the inner lining from being damaged by the high temperature. It is also suitable for the need of winter insulation
