1. Most of the product packaging is mixed. When placing an order, please try to order randomly according to the color.

Iii. Can an invoice be issued?
Orders with a shopping amount of over 1,000 yuan can be invoiced. A VAT ordinary invoice will be issued with a 3% increase on the order amount. Please send the company name, tax identification number, company address and phone number, bank account and other information in text form to the customer service.

Iv. When will the goods be dispatched? How long will it take to arrive?
We will arrange it for you as soon as you make the payment and dispatch the goods in the order of your orders within 24 to 48 hours.
Under normal circumstances, goods will arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai within 1-2 days after shipment, and in other regions within 3-5 days. It takes 5 to 7 days in remote areas
In case of special circumstances, please contact customer service for handling.
V. We mainly have two shipping methods. If the quantity of goods is not large, it is recommended to send by express delivery. They will be delivered to your door, which is convenient and fast. The more goods there are, the more cost-effective the logistics service is. However, you need to pick up the goods at the logistics company yourself (the pick-up cost is at your own expense). For express delivery, the default is YTO Express. For logistics, the default is dedicated line consignment. Every day, there are many trucks from Yiwu to all parts of the country. As long as the trade with Yiwu is relatively developed, there are direct trucks. After the goods arrive, the consignment company will call to notify you to pick them up. Even for counties and districts without direct trucks, the consignment company will arrange trucks step by step to transfer the goods there.

If you have a designated logistics company, please be sure to leave a message for the seller and note the name, phone number and detailed delivery address of the Yiwu logistics company.

2. The specific pick-up address shall be subject to the notice of the shipping company. If it is inconvenient to pick up the goods, you can specify the logistics or send them by express delivery.

3. We can also ship goods according to the logistics specified by the customer, such as Deppon, Jiaji, Xinbang, Tiandi Huayu, etc. However, the freight is relatively expensive (and needs to be borne by the customer).

Vi. After-sales Rules
Within 3 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please promptly provide feedback on the product information and receiving details (fragile and pressure-sensitive items, whether there is a shortage of goods, and the actual receiving situation). Feedback received after the deadline will not be accepted. Any verified false reporting will not be accepted.

If any product with functional failure or other quality issues is found within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact us in a timely manner. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.

3. When customers receive the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not, they need to open the box for inspection. If any product is damaged or has other quality issues due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate with a fresh seal and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in claiming compensation.

Returns made on the grounds of dissatisfaction, dissimilarity or difficulty in selling, but with no actual quality issues, will not be accepted.

5. For all returns due to quality issues, please accumulate more than five kilograms. The shipping cost for returns will be borne by our company (we will not accept returns from expensive logistics companies such as Deppon and Jiaji. For the return method, please contact and negotiate with our after-sales customer service). If the customer insists on returning, the shipping cost will be at their own expense. After all, this is a mixed batch, not retail. Please understand each other!
6. Regarding the exchange of goods, within 7 days of receiving the goods, as long as it does not affect our resale, the round-trip shipping cost is borne by the buyer
