Buyer's Purchase Notice
Important: Due to the manufacturing process of ceramic products, some products may have a few bubbles, mold lines, etc. on the surface. None of the above reasons fall under product quality issues. Those who are concerned should be cautious when purchasing.
● Regarding the price: The quoted price is for reference only, excluding tax, including packaging, but excluding freight. In case of any fluctuations, no further notice will be given. Please consult customer service before purchasing.
● Regarding the shipping period: For drop shipping, it is generally within 24 to 48 hours; for bulk wholesale, it is usually 1 to 3 days, except for force majeure factors.
● Regarding logistics: For large-scale purchases, freight is usually used and the buyer needs to pick up the goods themselves. For small items sent by express delivery, we will choose a suitable and convenient logistics company for you to deliver them.
● Regarding color difference: All of our company's products are photographed on-site by a professional photography team. However, due to the reflective nature of ceramic products and the influence of different environments, lighting, and displays, slight color differences are inevitable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
● Regarding dimensions: The dimensions of our company's products are all measured manually, so there may be some errors. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
● Regarding scratches: Our company conducts strict quality inspections before shipment. However, due to the special nature of ceramic materials, minor scratches and minor bumps may occur during production and transportation. We will strive for perfection. We apologize for any non-quality issues that do not affect usage.
● Regarding after-sales service:
After the goods arrive, please make sure they are in good condition before signing for the express delivery. If you find any shortage or out-of-stock items during the inspection, you can refuse to sign and contact us promptly. To avoid unnecessary trouble, if you find any quality issues with the product, please contact customer service in a timely manner to discuss replacement or reissue.
2. If you sign for the product in person or on behalf of someone else, please contact us within 24 hours (the time of signature shall prevail). If you find any quality issues with the product itself, please provide photos on the day of receipt. We will handle it properly. You can purchase with confidence. If no photos are uploaded on the day of receipt and no customer service is informed, it means there is no problem with the goods. Please excuse us for not accepting reasons such as being unable to take photos after throwing things away or having no mobile phone or camera.
3. When signing for the package, please be sure to open the box and inspect the goods, verify the quantity, and confirm that there is no shortage before acceptance. If you find any shortage, please follow the two-step process below and we will handle it as soon as possible
1) Note the details of the out-of-stock items on the waybill and take a photo of it as evidence.
2) Contact customer service within 24 hours and upload the waybill voucher and photos.
