All materials are environmentally friendly, filled with eco-friendly PP cotton, foam particles or rubber particles. It can also be filled with spices, bamboo charcoal bags and other craftsmanship features. The facial features, logos, patterns, etc. can be embroidered, silk-screened or heat-transferred. Trademarks can be made into printed labels, woven labels or trademark packaging according to the customer's design files. Each product is placed in a PE(or OPP) plastic bag and then packed in an outer box. We can also customize paper boxes and PVC(or PET) boxes according to customer needs. Our product certifications can pass CE, EN-71, ASTMF963, CPSIA and other standards for toy exports to Europe and America! 2: Customized Samples and Ordering Instructions 1) Sample Production Process: Customers only need to provide flat images in formats such as JPG, BMP, GIF, or documents in formats such as PDF, AI, or samples, and then sample production can be designed and developed. Detailed information (such as the size of the toy, the color of the toy, the name of the fabric, and relevant process requirements) needs to be provided. 2) Sample-making cost: Generally, it is 300 to 500 yuan (negotiable based on different shapes/sizes). 3) Sample making time: 7 working days after receiving the sample fee. 4) Sampling-making process: First, a preliminary sample is made based on the customer's information (without embroidery, silk-screen printing, heat transfer printing, etc.). After the shape is confirmed, the correct sample is produced. After the main board is made, it can be modified according to the customer's requirements until the customer is satisfied! 2) Mass production process: Once the deposit and sample are confirmed, mass production can commence. Payment method: 30% deposit. The remaining 70% balance will be paid in full after the goods are accepted as qualified.
