I. Regarding Shipment

After the customer places an order and makes payment, the goods will generally be dispatched within 2 days. Orders placed or paid for after 16:30 each day will be set to be dispatched the next day. If there are any special reasons for not being able to deliver the goods in time, we will contact the buyer immediately for handling. We sincerely ask for your understanding. Thank you very much.

2. Logistics: Freight charges are usually collected on delivery, and goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer themselves (please provide the freight phone number in Chenghai), or we can choose the more suitable one for you! (Note: We can only estimate the shipping cost for the buyer. The actual shipping cost is subject to the amount at the time of pick-up. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot accurately predict the arrival time at the freight station. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you!)" If the goods are returned due to incorrect information filled in by the buyer, such as the phone address, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping cost.

 

Ii. Regarding the price

The prices of all products in the store, except for a few with free shipping, are factory prices and do not include any other charges such as shipping fees. If the company or stall definitely needs samples for confirmation, the sample fee will be charged based on the product price. Please negotiate with us specifically when taking samples.

 

Iii. Regarding receiving the goods

1. The transportation company is only responsible for transporting the products to the designated location. When the buyer picks up the goods by themselves, please carefully inspect the goods in front of the staff of the logistics and freight company. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening and unsealing, please open the box on the spot to count and verify. If any error is found, it is necessary to negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If it cannot be resolved, please do not take away the goods first. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.

If there is any shortage of goods, please leave us a message within 24 days after signing for the package. We will verify the situation for you as soon as possible. If the packaging of the goods is damaged, the goods are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the express delivery and contact us for handling.

3. We will do our best to help you enhance the packaging of your goods and minimize any damage. However, it is still difficult to avoid a loss of 2-3% during normal transportation. In case of any damage, we will solve the problem by replenishing the parts in the next purchase instead of sending them separately. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

★ IV. Regarding returns and exchanges

Special emphasis: We do not accept returns or refunds

1. In principle, we do not accept returns. For products with quality issues at the factory, exchanges can be negotiated, but the transportation costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned products, we will send the exchanges together with the customer's next purchase. We cannot accept the situation where they are sent together with the next shipment. The shipping cost shall be borne by the customer! Please inform the Wangwang customer service of our bank before returning!!

2. Due to the particularity of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company are not subject to the "three guarantees" policy. If any problems arise after use, our company will not bear any responsibility. If it is within our capacity, we will help solve these problems, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer. Special products shall be handled in accordance with the relevant agreements reached between our customer service staff and the customers.

3. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, incomplete product accessories or related information, unauthorized repair or modification, not used or stored in the normal way, and goods beyond the after-sales service period.

4. No-reason Return: Our company offers a 15-day no-reason return and exchange service (only available to consignment micro-supply buyers, with the shipping fee deducted). In case of a return or exchange request, the customer must ensure that the goods are well packaged, unused, undamaged, and do not affect the secondary sale of the goods. If the returned goods do not meet the standards, our store will charge a handling fee of 30% yuan. The round-trip shipping cost for no-reason returns and exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.

 

★ V. Regarding consignment/wholesale issues

   If there are no quality issues and you apply for a return, the product will be returned with intact packaging. Additionally, the shipping fee for our shipment will be deducted.

   2. In case of quality issues such as product damage and inability to be used normally, any return or exchange costs resulting from human damage shall be borne by the buyer.

 3. Whether it is due to quality issues or other reasons for after-sales service, we cannot provide return or exchange shipping fees. The shipping fees need to be borne by yourself

 

★ VI. Exemption Clauses

    All the products we sell are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure their quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97% to 98% of the products have no quality issues upon arrival, while 2% to 3% are within the scope of exemption.

    2. All the goods sent by our firm are brand new. Before shipment, we will ensure that the product packaging is intact and clean and the outer boxes are sturdy. All the goods are produced and dispatched according to customer orders. The materials of the products are mostly plastic, and the packaging is made of paper. However, during the transportation of the products, especially in some long-distance cities, there is a possibility that individual products may suffer from transportation damage (such as slight scratches due to collisions, or slight deformation of individual color boxes in color box packaging, etc.). Transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returns.

    3. Some buyers may find that the workmanship of the goods is a bit rough, with flaws, not made of good materials, and not as expected after receiving them. However, these are not quality issues.     4. All dimensions are measured manually. An error of 1-2 cm is normal. All the pictures are uploaded in real time. Due to different lighting and display screens, there may be some color differences. Please bear with us.

        This clause shall come into effect automatically when the customer decides to order our company's products, without the need for separate signatures or seals from both parties. Vii. Precautions for Product Use

     1. The detachable small parts should be properly stored and never let children swallow them.

     2. If there is battery interference at the operation site, please select another site for operation.

     3. Do not store in places near fire, high temperature or high humidity.

     5. After each use, the power switch must be turned off and the battery removed.
