Regarding shipment
Orders placed and paid for before 3:30 p.m. every day will usually be dispatched on the same day. Under normal circumstances, they will be dispatched within 48 hours. If there are many orders, they will be dispatched within 72 hours. (Bulk goods are subject to the delivery time.) If there are any special circumstances preventing shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible. We can control the delivery time, but we cannot control the arrival speed. The goods may encounter various situations on the way to you. Please understand.
Generally, we offer consignment services to YTO Express, Shentong Express and J&T Express. We also provide postal services (if you need to send by postal service, you need to pay the difference separately). For large quantities, they are usually sent by Deppon Express
If you need to ship by freight, please contact customer service to modify the freight charge. All freight charges are collected on delivery (additional freight charges from Huolala are required).
Regarding receiving the goods
When receiving the goods, please carefully inspect the periphery of the box. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened, be sure to open the box and inspect it on the spot! If there is a shortage or damage of goods, please do not take them away first. Contact us at the freight station to negotiate. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.
1. Returns and exchanges without quality issues;
If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, and the damage caused by the transportation of the returned products is significant, a 20% discount will be given to the original price for a refund. We do not provide a return or exchange service without quality issues within seven days. Note: (For the above returns, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs themselves. If the items are shipped with free shipping, the shipping cost at the time of our shipment will be deducted.)
2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:
If the cumulative weight of the product with quality issues reaches 20KG, the round-trip logistics cost for exchange will be borne by our store (please contact the online customer service for whether to send it by express delivery or logistics). If the product does not meet the weight requirements and you want to return it for exchange in advance, the round-trip transportation cost will be borne by the buyer
3. Causing damage to the goods during transportation:
When receiving the goods, please be sure to open the box and check it in front of the logistics or Courier. Cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic toys are not. Therefore, it is possible that the outer box is not damaged but the contents are. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. A 5% damage to the product is within the normal range. We will offer the service of reordering and reissuing spare parts for repair, but we will not reissue them separately. The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returns.
