02 Color difference explanation: Due to the background of the photo. The color difference and hue of the product may vary due to the difference in light and the fidelity of the computer monitor, which is beyond the controllable range and does not fall under quality issues.

03 Regarding Shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, for orders and payments placed before 4 p.m., the goods will be dispatched on the same day (except for holidays).

If you are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or through Wangwang. All products sent out will not be listed. If you have any needs, please make a note.

Customized products shall be subject to the time agreed upon by both parties.

04 Express Logistics: The default express delivery is YTO. If you need other express deliveries, please contact the online customer service. If the express delivery is not available or you urgently need the goods, please contact customer service to resend it to SF Express (you will need to pay the difference in freight charges).

For bulk goods that need to be transported by logistics, please inform the customer service of the address of the nearest logistics company and the name of the consignment station, so that you can pick up the goods in the shortest time and at the nearest location.

We solemnly declare that neither express delivery nor logistics is within our control. Please do not use dissatisfaction with the service attitude or delivery time of express delivery and logistics as the basis for evaluating us.

05 Regarding payment: The buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) and makes the payment to Alipay. Alipay guarantees the safety of the payment. After the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, the payment will be made to the supplier via Alipay.

If the goods are not received within the prescribed time limit or do not meet the requirements, the buyer can apply for a refund to protect their own rights and interests.

06 Regarding signature for Receipt: When the goods are delivered, please make sure to sign for them in person. If signed for by family members, friends, security guards, etc., it will all be regarded as signed for by the person themselves. Please be sure to open and inspect it on the spot before signing for it.

If the goods are damaged during transportation, please directly verify, claim compensation or refuse to sign for them with the delivery personnel.

07 Regarding after-sales service: If there are any quality issues (such as wrong delivery or missed delivery) within seven days from the date of signature for receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide responses for replacement or return or exchange. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.

If there are no quality issues, the sold products will not be subject to returns or exchanges.

Due to subjective factors such as personal reasons of the buyer, dislike, a significant difference from the picture, dissatisfaction, dissatisfaction or not as good as expected, the products purchased by the buyer are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
