Nothing can be perfect. Even if we conduct quality checks on the goods before shipment, there will still be some omissions. For instance: Even the most brand-name and high-end products come with a warranty period. If high-end goods have no quality issues, there would be no need to set a warranty period! Even so, we are still doing our best to reduce the probability of such oversights occurring.
Please do not give medium or bad reviews without communication! Especially for novice buyers! Although a medium rating doesn't deduct points, it is still a bad thing that lowers the positive review rate!
2. All of our products are photographed in real life. After the shooting is completed, in order to minimize color deviation as much as possible, the color will be corrected through various methods. Personal monitors vary, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no color difference at all, nor can we guarantee that each buyer's different monitor will have no color difference. Anyone with a little common sense knows that due to different lighting, distances, angles during shooting and the different tones of their respective display screens, it is impossible to completely avoid slight color differences between the pictures and the actual products. This is a normal phenomenon in online shopping. If you cannot accept it, please do not take pictures. We absolutely do not accept medium or negative reviews on the grounds of color differences.
3. The buyer should sign for the express delivery in person, open the package to check for any damage or mismatching of the goods. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the received goods or have any special return or exchange situations, please contact us for negotiation and resolution. If it is a quality issue or the wrong goods were sent, please provide clear photos. After confirmation, we will offer a return, exchange or refund. The round-trip express delivery fees will be borne by us. However, it is still necessary to remind buyers to be cautious when purchasing and try not to cause unnecessary waste of human, material, financial and time resources for both the buyer and the seller.
4. When returning goods, the buyer shall first pay the express delivery fee. The seller will return the express delivery fee to the buyer after receiving the goods. All items with cash on delivery will be rejected.
5. We default to using Best Express or Shentong Express for shipping. When purchasing goods, if the delivery address has Courier restrictions (mail cannot be delivered to some remote areas), the buyer should inform the seller in advance and reselect the Courier for shipping. We will randomly choose the Courier for shipping, and any losses resulting from this will be borne by the buyer!
Before purchasing, please ask the customer service in detail about the inventory of the product, logistics and other related matters.
We cooperate with many express delivery companies, logistics companies and airlines such as Shentong Express and Best Express. You can freely choose the corresponding transportation method. The freight will be settled directly with the carrier company or settled by us on your behalf according to the actual cost. We ship to customers all over the country every day by express delivery or logistics. As long as you provide detailed address, name and contact number, we are responsible for ensuring that you receive the goods safely!
Note: For SF Express packages, we always support cash on delivery. The shipping fee charged for cash on delivery is the same. If you don't have very high requirements for time, we suggest sending it to other Courier services or logistics. Relatively speaking, this can significantly reduce your costs.
