We are a professional wholesaler of gifts and sales items. Our profit margin is meager and we focus on volume sales. Therefore, we do not support retail. We do not ship orders, except for samples. Once a product is sold in our store, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for quality issues. In case of special circumstances, please inform our customer service online and get permission. Otherwise, our store will not be responsible for any losses that occur after the product is sold!

The online price is already the wholesale price for large quantities, which does not include shipping and tax. By default, it is sent by express delivery

"Regarding After-sales Service
If there are quality problems with electrical products, the after-sales service is to return them to the factory for repair, and the shipping cost is borne by the buyer themselves. For cookware products with appearance damage such as dents or cracks, they can be refused on the spot by express delivery. (Dear customer, please make sure to check carefully before signing for them!) Our store will not be held responsible for any damage found after signing for the goods or any situation that affects their resale!

If you need urgent goods, please communicate with the customer service in advance to avoid affecting your use! The product packaging may be changed temporarily. If you have any special requirements, please note that during special delivery periods such as Double Eleven, Double Twelve or promotional periods, the delivery time may be affected. If you have any special needs, please place your order in advance! We will do our best to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible.
All products sold in our store are free of shipping fees. Before shipment, all goods are strictly inspected. Once sold, products not due to quality issues are non-returnable and non-exchangeable! We strongly recommend that you open the package and inspect it in front of the Courier when you receive it. If there is any damage, please refuse to sign for the return and contact customer service. If any damage is found after opening the package, our store will not be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost for your return or exchange!
