I. Delivery Time:

If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us promptly at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as consent to accept the goods.

Four: Regarding After-sales service

In case of product quality issues or overstocking problems, our store will offer to exchange for other products of the same amount. Customers can negotiate with our customer service for restocking or exchange. If we receive the returned goods and the packaging and accessories are intact, we will exchange and send them out. If you need to return the goods, we will always offer an 80% discount on the goods and will not bear any transportation costs.

V. Exemption Clauses

All the goods are produced and dispatched based on customer orders. The products are mainly made of plastic materials, and the packaging is made of paper materials. During transportation, especially in some long-distance cities, there is a possibility that some products may suffer from transportation damage (such as slight scratches due to collisions, or slight deformation of some color boxes in color box packaging, etc.). In this regard, We will adopt methods such as double-layer packaging in logistics, adding cushioning materials, and tight stacking to prevent damage incidents. The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returns.

2. Our toys are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers may find that the workmanship is a bit rough, with flaws, not made of good materials, and not as expected after receiving the goods. However, these are not quality issues.
