3. There is no warranty service for the toys. In case of human damage, we only offer free repair services and only charge reasonable parts fees. The round-trip shipping costs are borne by the buyer themselves.
4. Within 24 hours after the goods are signed for, if there are quality issues (not caused by human damage or damage during logistics transportation), you can contact customer service first to apply for a return or exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges that have not been contacted. The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by us. After 24 hours, if there are quality problems or damages, you can apply for repair. Returns and exchanges will be refused, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
