Ordering Instructions

Iii. Regarding Logistics

• The goods can be dispatched by the logistics company designated by the customer. We will handle the shipping and transportation procedures on behalf of the customer. All freight charges are collected on delivery. It is generally recommended not to make advance payments.

Iv. Regarding receiving goods

• Since bulk purchase orders are all dispatched by logistics companies and these companies use large trucks for transportation, there will always be a few minor losses during normal transportation. Each transportation company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. As situations such as toys being crushed during transportation occur from time to time, we do not bear the transportation risks.
• After receiving the goods, please carefully inspect them in front of the logistics company staff. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening, please open and count the goods on the spot. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate. We will cooperate actively. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.
• After signing for the goods, in accordance with the latest regulations of Alibaba, the risk has been transferred to the buyer. Our company will no longer be responsible for compensation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

V. Regarding After-sales Service

• If any individual product has serious quality issues that affect its use, please provide pictures or other evidence within 48 hours after receiving the goods (any excess will be at your own risk). Our company will arrange for a solution based on the actual situation. If you need to return or exchange goods, please communicate with the customer service first and get their confirmation before choosing to return the goods. All defective goods with quality issues will have their return shipping costs borne by the buyer. The returned goods will be dispatched along with the customer's next order.
• All returned or exchanged goods must have intact packaging and accessories, and no obvious damage marks are allowed. Otherwise, they will not be returned or exchanged. All returned or exchanged goods should be sent back as soon as possible. If the product is taken off the shelves and sales are stopped, it will not be returned or exchanged. Returned or exchanged goods will be processed at 70% of the transaction price.
• Except for product quality issues, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for other personal reasons (such as thinking the price is too high, not liking it, or it does not match expectations, etc.).
