Production capacity
Regarding express delivery, if you choose the express delivery mode, please contact us to confirm the express delivery you select (Yunda, ZTO, China Post, SF Express, etc.). 2. Regarding the shipment from the freight station, the freight charges are generally collected on delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station in person. 3. Regarding logistics: Logistics freight can be collected on delivery or prepaid. Generally, logistics services offer door-to-door delivery. It is recommended that the freight be paid on delivery. If you need us to prepay the freight, please contact the customer service in advance to negotiate. The logistics freight quotations vary depending on different destinations, different logistics providers, and different salespeople. Therefore, we do not accept the prepayment of freight prices that customers have learned about from so-called "others", "those who have passed through", or "certain logistics providers".

1. The buyer is responsible for carefully inspecting the goods in the presence of the logistics and freight company staff when picking them up. If the outer box is found to be deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening, please open and count the goods on the spot. If any error is found, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods for the time being. Contact us immediately for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.
2. For goods dispatched through freight stations, the shipping and transportation procedures will be handled, and all freight charges will be paid on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there is any damage or other issues, the freight can be used as a guarantee. It is generally recommended not to make advance payments.

1. Our products are for wholesale purposes. In principle, we do not accept returns and do not support 7-day no-reason returns or exchanges. The purchasing behavior is a commercial trade activity! If there is indeed a need for return, under the condition that the goods are in good condition and do not affect sales, 15% of the order amount will be deducted as after-sales service support and packaging damage fees. Customized goods are excluded.
2. For products with quality issues at the factory, exchanges can be negotiated. However, the transportation costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned products, we will send the exchanges together with the customer's next purchase. We cannot accept the situation where they are sent together with the next shipment. The shipping cost shall be borne by the customer!
3. Before returning or exchanging goods, you must inform the Wangwang customer service or salesperson of our store. Otherwise, if the warehouse finds no after-sales registration information upon receipt, it will be rejected.
4. Due to the special nature of toy products, they are fragile items. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company are not subject to the "three guarantees" policy. If any problems arise after use, our company will not be held responsible. However, within our capacity, we will help solve these problems, but all related costs shall be borne by the customers themselves. Special products shall be handled in accordance with the relevant agreements reached between our customer service staff or sales representatives and the customers.
5. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, incomplete product accessories or related information, unauthorized repair or modification, not used or stored in the normal way, and goods beyond the after-sales service period.

All the products we sell are inspected by quality inspectors to ensure their quality at the time of shipment. However, due to various uncertain factors (such as jolts during logistics and transportation, friction during the express transfer process, etc.), we cannot guarantee that the products are 100% problem-free. We can only promise that 95% to 100% of the products will be problem-free upon arrival, while 0% to 5% are within the scope of exemption.
2. All the goods sent by our factory are brand new. Before shipment, we will ensure that the product packaging is intact and clean and the outer box is sturdy. However, during the transportation of the products, especially in some long-distance cities, there is a possibility that some products may suffer from transportation damage. For instance, some may be slightly scratched due to collisions, and some color boxes in the color box packaging may be slightly deformed. Transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returns. Please refer to the instructions in the "Receiving Standards" mentioned in the preceding paragraph for receiving goods.
3. Our toys are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Overall, they are positioned in the mid-to-upper range. Some buyers, upon receiving the goods, find that the workmanship is somewhat rough, the materials are not good, and they are not as expected, or they discover minor flaws that cannot be completely avoided, such as sharp edges, small scratches, loose threads, slight deformations, and uneven ink. Please refer to Article 2 of the "Disclaimer" and Article 4 of the "After-sales Service" mentioned earlier. None of these fall under the category of product quality issues. Nothing is perfect. We apologize to overly picky buyers. When purchasing, please consider and read carefully. If you have any questions, please consult us.
4. All dimensions are measured manually. An error of 1-2 cm is normal. All the pictures are uploaded in real time. Due to different lighting and display screens, there may be some color differences. Please bear with us.
This clause shall come into effect automatically when the customer decides to order our company's products, without the need for separate signatures or seals from both parties.
