If you find any functional failure or quality issues within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact us in a timely manner. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Once verified, any false or fraudulent reports will not be accepted.
2. Considering that it is impossible for customers to inspect each product one by one after receiving the goods, we allow that if any quality issues are found within 7 days of receiving the goods, we can handle the exchange or return for you.
3. All customers are requested to ensure the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories or relevant materials. If there are any quality issues with the products themselves, we will exchange them within the specified time. (The shipping cost for individual exchanges shall be borne by the customer. It is recommended to make up for the exchange in the next order.)
4. If the returned product has incomplete packaging, incomplete accessories or relevant materials; Unauthorized repair or modification; Not used or stored in the normal way; Beyond the product warranty period; We will not be responsible for returns or exchanges if the returned products are labeled falsely or counterfeited.
5. When customers return products due to quality issues, please use regular express delivery to return them to our company. The freight will be paid by the customer in advance. After receiving the goods, the company will subsidize the freight and the actual cost of the goods according to the express delivery list. If customers return the goods directly without communicating with the customer service, we will not accept it. Thank you for your cooperation. Communication starts from the heart!
6. Regarding shipping, due to the time needed for inventory preparation, our cut-off time for orders on the same day is 4 p.m. For orders paid before 4 p.m., if the goods are complete, we will dispatch them on the same day. If the goods are not complete, we will dispatch them within 48 hours. As there are many models and colors, all of which are handmade, we cannot guarantee that the goods will always be complete. Please check carefully before placing an order. For customers who cannot accept the arrangement of complete goods for shipment, please be cautious before placing an order or choose to purchase from other suppliers. We do not make a 100% same-day dispatch agreement; we can only try to dispatch as soon as possible!
