2. Regarding issues such as exchanges and restocking: If the store has sent the wrong goods or there are quality problems, please contact customer service for replacement within 7 days of receiving the goods. The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the seller. Our store will not handle any issues after 7 days. Thank you for your understanding! (Exchange process: The buyer sends the replacement item. After receiving it, the store counts the quantity. If the quantity is correct, the goods will be sent out.)
