1. 7-day no-reason return and exchange: The company promises a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy. It is necessary to ensure that the returned item has not been used and does not affect its secondary sale. The company also needs to bear the transportation risk and the round-trip shipping cost. Moreover, due to the long journey, the returned packaging boxes are all unusable, and a packaging fee of 5 yuan per item needs to be deducted.

Ii. Damage Issues: If the damage is caused during transportation, please provide pictures of the damage and the company will resend the damaged item for free.

Iii. Quality Assurance Service

Three-year warranty for lighting fixtures: From the date of purchase, electrical malfunctions that occur under normal usage conditions can be covered by a three-year free warranty and lifetime cost repair services (excluding light sources, remote controls, ballasts, and drivers). The scope of the warranty service is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty parts. For quality issues within 45 days, free shipping and replacement can be provided. After 45 days, the customer needs to subsidize the shipping cost for replacement, and the cost of accessories will be determined based on the extent of the damage.

The following situations are not eligible for free warranty service:

Damage caused by improper use or installation of the power supply;

3. Damage caused by incorrect or negligent use of inappropriate accessories;

4. Damage caused by other accidents.
