Customization process
1. The customer customizes samples. After the material dimensions are confirmed, the customer pays the sample-making fee. Our company will arrange for sample-making and send out the samples (the sample fee can be refunded after placing the order). If custom-made molds are required, customers need to pay for the molds, which can be deducted and refunded in bulk orders.
After the customer's samples are confirmed, a bulk production contract will be signed. The customer is required to pay a 30% deposit of the total payment. Our company will arrange for the production of bulk goods. After the bulk goods are completed and confirmed by the customer (bulk goods can be confirmed according to the pictures or on-site inspection), the customer should pay the remaining balance. Our company will then arrange for the shipment.
Regarding the price:
Due to the fluctuations in raw material prices and the different quantities ordered by customers, all products in our factory are for reference only. For the specific prices of the products, please consult the shopkeeper (bulk purchase offers better prices).
Regarding packaging
Due to the different sizes and dimensions of the products, the packaging also varies. If you have specific packaging requirements, please specify them at the time of placing an order. If there are no specific requirements, our company's regular packaging will be adopted.
