2. Evaluation Issues: We attach great importance to every buyer's evaluation and strive for perfect service. If you are not satisfied with anything after receiving the item, please do not rush to evaluate it. Contact the store owner promptly for a detailed discussion. We will definitely provide you with a proper solution. Please also give a sincere evaluation after solving your problem.

3. Quality exchange issues: Before shipment, there will be a dedicated department to pack the goods, which to a certain extent can ensure that there are no quality problems. If a small number of individual products do have inherent defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will definitely solve the problem for you properly.

A. For returns and exchanges not due to quality issues, the round-trip postage shall be borne by the buyer themselves.

When returning or exchanging goods, please ensure that the packaging is the same as the original one and does not affect the next sale, such as the packaging bag, etc.

C. When receiving the goods, please sign for them yourself and check in front of the delivery person that the goods are undamaged before signing for them. If someone else signs for the goods on your behalf or you sign directly and find that the goods are damaged, our store reserves the right not to accept your exchange or return requests.

However, in special circumstances, it may be delayed by one or two days, especially during bad weather and legal holidays, there will be delays. Due to the different delivery times of express packages in various regions, there may be situations where packages are not delivered on weekends. Additionally, the quality of the salespeople at each branch of the express company varies. In the middle, there may be some unexpected factors that sellers cannot predict, such as a bad attitude of some branch salespeople or package damage.
