Common Q&A
Can an induction cooker be used?
Dear customer, currently, the ceramic clay POTS and induction cookers on the market are not stably compatible for use, so induction cookers are not suitable. This product supports open flames, gas stoves, natural gas stoves, electric ceramic stoves, electric stoves, light wave stoves, microwave ovens (large capacity), ovens, and all other self-heating stoves and can be used!
Is this pot coated?
Dear, there's no coating. This one of ours is made of all-ceramic material. This product is a heat-resistant ceramic clay pot formed at a high temperature of 1300 degrees Celsius. It is impossible to have a coating. The surface of our product is protected by a high-temperature ring to protect the glaze, with stable properties and no cracking when subjected to sudden temperature changes. The coatings of POTS on the market generally become unstable when the temperature exceeds 250 degrees and may peel off over long-term use. However, our heat-resistant POTS have been tested by international SGS and national testing centers and meet the standard of no cracking during sudden temperature changes from 400 to 20 degrees. The material is naturally free of lead and cadmium. So there is no such thing as a coating, nor are there any toxic substances. It has good thermal stability. Please use it with confidence.
What should be done with the new pot?
Dear customer, our pot doesn't need any special treatment. Just wash it with clean water and it can be used directly. Or if you think the smell of the packaging is a bit strong, you can boil a pot of clean water first to remove the smell. Special reminder: Do not soak the pot in water for a long time. If small water droplets drip slowly when heating after soaking, it is a normal phenomenon. Please simmer over low heat until no more water droplets fall. Please use it with confidence!
