Our store stops shipping at 5 p.m. every day. After placing an order and making the payment, we will first print the order and arrange for it to be delivered to the warehouse before packaging and shipping. Most orders can be dispatched on the same day they are placed. In case of order scheduling or out-of-stock situations, our company will promptly communicate with you about the delivery date. You can also leave a message to urge the shipment.

In case of peak order placement, our store will ship the goods in the order they are placed. In case of special circumstances, the delivery may be delayed. If you need it urgently, please contact customer service in time!

Our store is an officially certified and reliable supplier on-site. After-sales service is guaranteed. We support domestic sales/cross-border drop shipping and OEM customization services!

【 Return/exchange 】

If you need to return or exchange the goods or have any issues with the products, please contact customer service promptly upon receipt. Do not return the goods without authorization!

To avoid causing you any trouble, it is recommended that you sign for the package on the spot. If the package is damaged or cracked, please take photos for inspection. If the product is damaged, please take photos to reject it and contact customer service.

Distribute orders with free shipping and shipping included

To ensure the quality of your after-sales service, it is recommended that you conduct an inspection upon arrival. In case of any damage to the product or other situations that affect sales and use, please contact us immediately. We will take full responsibility for the problems that belong to us. If we unilaterally refuse to accept returns or exchanges, the shipping cost will be borne by you. For after-sales orders, we refuse all cash-on-delivery items. Please communicate with us before returning the goods.

Drop shipping items support 8-day no-reason return and exchange. For non-commodity issues, return and exchange fees are at your own expense. For some drop shipping items, the price includes shipping and free shipping. After sale, please deduct the shipping fee. Generally, the shipping fee is 4 to 8 yuan (the specific price is subject to communication with customer service). Any after-sales issues can be resolved through communication. Agents with malicious negative reviews will have their agency qualifications revoked for life!

For all special requirements/customization (engraving, printing, OEM, etc.) orders, after confirming the requirements, we will match dedicated personnel to handle the operation. The page timeliness is a conservative reference. In case of any special circumstances, we will notify you in a timely manner. During the customization operation, the order does not support a refund only. If you insist on a refund, the loss fee will be deducted according to the situation (subject to actual communication).

A. The goods must be free of stains, scratches, lost or damaged packaging, etc., and not affect normal sales

B. After-sales service should first contact customer service and reach an agreement with us before returning or exchanging.

C. Return and exchange: We do not accept any cash on delivery!
