Structure of automotive synchronous belts
(1) The top rubber of automotive synchronous belts and automotive belt tops mainly uses domestic chloroprene rubber or imported hydrogenated nitrile rubber as raw materials, and is supplemented with various auxiliary materials for different purposes, making it resistant to ozone, oil, high temperatures and not prone to aging
(2) The automotive synchronous frame and the automotive belt frame are mainly made of high-quality glass fiber ropes imported from Taiwan. They feature low elongation, softness, high density, and high tensile strength. They are the core components of the belt and bear the main friction force
(3) The teeth of the automotive synchronous belt are covered with a protective layer of nylon 66 high-elasticity fabric on the surface of the automotive belt teeth, which makes the appearance neat, the tooth shape full, the service life long, the noise low and the heat resistance high
Features of automotive synchronous belts
(1) The transmission is accurate, with no slippage during operation and a constant transmission ratio.
(2) Smooth transmission, with buffering and vibration reduction capabilities, and low noise;
(3) It has a high transmission efficiency, up to 0.98, and a significant energy-saving effect.
(4) It is convenient to maintain and service, requires no lubrication, and has low maintenance costs.
(5) It has a wide range of speed ratios, generally up to 10, with a linear speed of up to 50m/s, and a large power transmission range, ranging from several watts to several hundred kilowatts.
(6) It can be used for long-distance transmission, with a center distance of over 10 meters.
(7) Compared with V-belt transmission, the preload is smaller, and the load on the shaft and bearings is also smaller.
