Our production base is located in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province in southern China. The factory covers an area of over 40,000 square meters, including more than 10,000 square meters for finished product warehouses and over 2,000 square meters for material warehouses. With over 600 skilled production workers, more than 50 management and product R&D personnel, it is equipped with one high-end horizontal automatic continuous foaming production line, several injection foaming production lines and a series of CNC sponge cutting machines. The annual output of continuous foaming sponge is approximately 500,000 cubic meters. At the same time, it is equipped with 21 bath ball extruders and dozens of CNC cutting machines for beauty powder puffs We can ensure a monthly production capacity of over 2.4 million bath balls and flower products, 15 million sponge cleaning products, and over 1.5 million beauty powder puffs. In addition, we have our own packaging and printing production workshop, carton production workshop, and are a powerful manufacturer of bath balls, cleaning products, sponge products, beauty products, as well as a sponge foaming factory. A complete production chain enables us to deliver goods quickly, save costs, customize new materials and accept large orders, which is one of our advantages.
Operating under the ISO 9001:2015/ISO 45001:2018 management system, we have passed the factory audits of large foreign brands such as Walmart and Lowe's. It has also passed all necessary certificates and tests such as BSCI, SEDEX, SEMTA, FCCA, SGS, GRS, AZO, CVS Security, GSV, and the US Fire Protection certification, etc. Complies with the European EN71 standard, the American ASTM standard and the RoHS standard. Our custom processing cooperation process is as follows: communication and negotiation → sending drawings and samples → the factory provides quotations and solutions → producing samples → sample confirmation → placing orders and making advance payments → producing goods → quality inspection before leaving the factory → packing and delivery → final payment. Samples are generally ready within 5 days after the drawings are confirmed. We have our own design team and offer original designs. We also launch new products to the market from time to time.
