Ordering process

I. Product Quotation

Domestic sales customers: Our company's website usually quotes the factory price (i.e., the delivery price in Chenghai, without invoicing, excluding freight charges and any other expenses).

 

Ii. Payment Method:

Online payment is supported (either by Alibaba purchase or direct bank transfer. For the remittance account, please contact our staff.

All orders accept payment and ship. If the order requires a certain production time, please pay a deposit first and the balance should be settled before shipment.

 

Iii. Regarding the minimum order quantity

All products in our store require a minimum order of one box or style! For a small number of products with a minimum order quantity exceeding 5 cases, our salesperson will inform you during the negotiation!

 

Iv. Delivery Time

After the payment or deposit is received, our company will start production as soon as possible. The production time is generally about 1 to 7 days.

Some orders require a relatively long time to prepare the goods. Please make sure to place your orders as early as possible based on the actual situation to avoid delaying the delivery time.

 

V. Mode of Transportation

According to the customer's requirements, we can arrange logistics, freight, express delivery, etc. The freight can be paid on delivery or we can assist in providing references.

The delivery time varies depending on the distance of each region, transportation conditions and mode of transportation. For specific information, please confirm with our salesperson or the carrier company.

The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time between us and you is informed by the logistics unit and is for reference only. It is not part of the contract nor a reason for returns.

 

Vi. Receiving Standards:

When receiving the goods, please have the buyer inspect the goods and count the quantity with the transportation company's staff on the spot. If any problems are found (such as severe deformation or damage of the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing tape, obvious signs of opening or opening, or missing items, etc.), please negotiate with the transportation company for a solution and compensation. Vii. After-sales Service

All products undergo strict inspection and are only released from the factory when they are of qualified quality. If the problem occurs after use, it is within the scope of exemption. However, our company will do its best to help solve the problem within its capacity.

2. Due to the particularity of toys, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, our company does not offer a three-guarantee policy for our products. Special products shall be handled in accordance with the relevant agreements reached between our customer service staff and the customers.

3. If any individual product has serious quality issues, please provide pictures or other evidence within 24 hours after receiving the goods (we will not be responsible for any delay). Our company will arrange for a solution based on the actual situation. For example, if providing accessories can solve the problem, the accessories will be sent out together with the ordered goods when the customer places an order next time. If the problem can only be solved by returning the entire product, please return the complete product. However, the round-trip transportation costs will be borne by the customer. The returned product will be sent together with the customer's next batch of orders.

 

Viii. Exemption Clauses

All the goods are produced and dispatched according to customer orders. The materials of the products are mostly plastic, and the packaging is made of paper. During transportation, it is possible that some individual products may suffer from transportation damage (such as slight scratches due to collisions, or slight deformation of some color boxes in the color box packaging, etc.). However, so far, no serious transportation damage has been found. Buyers who are concerned should consider carefully before placing an order.

2. 95% of our products are photographed in real life, which truly reflects the essence of the products. If there is a slight difference from the actual object due to lighting or photography skills, it is a normal situation. If the buyer finds that the workmanship is somewhat rough, has flaws, is not made of good materials, or is different from what was expected after receiving the goods, none of these issues fall under quality problems. 3. Due to market changes and other factors, the seller may adjust the color and packaging method of the product and its outer packaging. Please refer to the actual situation.

4. All dimensions are measured manually. An error of 1-2 cm is normal.
