Price and Payment instructions

For product quotations in our store, please refer to the prices on the Alibaba website. All quotations are factory prices and do not include freight, invoicing fees or any other charges. All payments are settled in RMB. If you need FOB, CIF or other prices, please contact customer service.

3. Our store is of a wholesale nature with low profits. All transactions are subject to payment before shipment. Please confirm the receipt of goods in a timely manner after receiving them to complete the transaction.

Shipping Instructions

After the payment for goods and freight is made together, our store will ship the goods within 72 hours. If some products are out of stock, our customer service will contact you in advance. For custom orders, the goods will be dispatched according to the agreed time by both parties. Please make sure to place your order as early as possible based on the actual situation to avoid delaying the delivery time.

2. The delivery method can be arranged according to the customer's requirements, including logistics, freight, express delivery, etc. Please contact the customer service for confirmation of the freight payment method. The delivery time may vary due to factors such as distance, traffic conditions, transportation methods, and weather in different regions. Specific information can be confirmed with the customer service or the carrier company. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company and is not within the control of our store. The estimated delivery time is provided by the logistics company for reference and is not part of the agreement of this order or a reason for return.

Receipt Instructions

1. Express delivery receipt: You must sign for the package in person and inspect and sign for it on the spot when the Courier delivers it. If the package is damaged, the quantity of the goods does not match, or the goods are damaged, please refuse to sign directly and contact customer service. Once signed for, our store will not be responsible.

2. Logistics receiving When picking up the goods by yourself, please carefully inspect the goods on the spot at the freight site for any damage or abnormal conditions. If you find that the outer box is deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening and unsealing, please open the package immediately, count and check. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the freight company for a solution and compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods. Please contact the customer service for negotiation. Otherwise, after signing for the goods, it will be regarded as accepting the goods without objection. The goods must be signed for by the person in person when signing for them.

3. All products sent out by our store are individually packaged. On the basis of the original packaging, we add outer packaging and take as many protective measures as possible to enhance the pressure resistance during transportation. However, it is impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long distances and transportation, such as scratches, bumps, squeezing, etc. Buyers who are concerned about this are advised to think carefully before placing an order.

After-sales service

Our store does not support a seven-day no-reason return or exchange policy.

2. All products in our store undergo strict inspection before leaving the factory. Only those that pass the quality inspection will be released. However, due to various uncertain factors, product quality issues may arise. Our store cannot guarantee that 100% of the products are problem-free. We can only ensure that 96% to 98% of the products are problem-free upon arrival, while 2% to 4% fall within the scope of exemption.

3. If the product has quality issues at the factory, you can contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving it to negotiate a return or exchange. However, the shipping cost incurred will be borne by the buyer. Please ensure that the product is in good condition, with complete packaging and accessories, and attach a note stating the reason for the return or exchange and the order number when returning or exchanging. Otherwise, our store will refuse to accept the express delivery. Returns and refunds due to human damage or received more than 24 hours ago will not be accepted by our store.

4. Our store is a wholesale business. Due to the special nature of toys, our products are not covered by the "three guarantees" policy.

5. Pictures and Colors: Due to factors such as lighting, shooting level, and display issues, there may be slight differences between the displayed pictures and the actual products. Or due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the product and outer packaging patterns or colors, etc. Please refer to the actual products.

6. Dimensional issues: All dimensions were measured manually. An error of 1-2 cm is normal.

7. Others: All perfectionists or those with strict requirements for products, please turn around and take a detour. Our store does not accept requests for refunds, exchanges, or negative reviews on the grounds of strong plastic feel, unpleasant odors, insufficient details, or rough edges.
