【 Purchasing Instructions
I. Sample Description:
Only when the specific ordering intention (including product model, required quantity, and printing requirements) is clear can our company provide you with relevant product samples. Due to the limited sample inventory, our company refuses to accept requests for bulk purchase of product samples for newly established gift companies to build gift websites or store samples for customers to choose from. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2. For all samples requested from our company, regardless of the size or quantity of the products, whether sample fees will be charged or not will be determined based on the circumstances.
After signing the formal contract, if the sample fee was previously collected, it will be offset against the payment for the ordered products. That is to say, the samples will be given to you for free.
Upon receipt of the relevant payment, our company will immediately arrange for the shipment of product samples.
Ii. Customization Instructions
1. Regarding sampling:
For sample-making products, a sample-making fee may be charged as appropriate. After a formal order is placed, if the quantity reaches 10,000, the sample-making fee will be refunded. The time spent on sample making is not included in the production period.
2. Regarding the LOGO description:
Please provide a complete and clear electronic draft, along with the Pantone color card number

It is recommended to use 1 to 2 colors for silk-screen printing of logos
Iii. Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, we have stock available for both wholesalers and supermarket merchants. We can ship the goods the day after receiving the payment. For foreign trade orders and gift orders, the production time will be arranged specifically according to the specific requirements and quantities of the customers. Here we would like to remind you that the time spent on transportation is an uncertain factor, especially when shipping over long distances. Please allow sufficient time.
Iv. Regarding packaging
The products you ordered belong to the household goods category, and most of them are packaged in standard cartons. The inner packaging of the product is generally an OPP bag for each individual product. Logistics is based on the size of the container volume. Since the product is relatively light, volume is generally used as the calculation standard. The specific charges can be inquired about by our company regarding the logistics and transportation costs.
V. Regarding Transportation
1) The buyer will be responsible for the transportation at their own expense or our company will handle it on your behalf. The transportation cost will be borne by you. You should know that there is no uniform freight standard in the transportation industry. Their charges are generally based on the distance of the journey and the condition of the goods. At different times and for different goods, there are certain differences in the charges of freight stations, which mainly depend on the number of distribution vehicles on the same day. As our customer, we will compare several options and choose an economical and reliable freight station for you. After shipment, we will promptly inform you of the tracking number of the goods and the consultation phone number.
2) When the goods arrive, the buyer usually needs to pick them up at the local freight point. If door-to-door delivery is required, the local freight point will charge a certain delivery fee.
3) In some areas, logistics companies are unable to reach. Therefore, before placing an order, please discuss the transportation route with us. Only the transportation route approved by us can be completed.
4) The shipping time varies depending on the distance. Please consult the store according to the specific location. In addition, as we have no control over the logistics company, the goods may be delayed occasionally due to factors such as weather and road conditions. We sincerely ask for the buyer's understanding.
Vi. Regarding signature for receipt
All products are carefully inspected before shipment. Please inspect the goods on the spot when you pick them up. To protect your rights and interests, please check carefully before signing for the goods. If you find any incorrect quantity or product model during inspection, please contact us in time. If there is any damage during transportation, please claim compensation directly from the freight company. When inspecting the goods, please be sure to open the box for inspection. If the goods are damaged during transportation and you sign for them directly without careful inspection, the freight company will refuse to compensate you, which will cause you unnecessary losses.
Vii. Regarding After-sales Service
Plastic products are low-value-added, low-priced and consumable items. Therefore, once sold, we do not accept returns due to issues other than quality. Our factory also does not provide unconditional return services (if the foreign trade order and gift order contract stipulate otherwise, the actual contract shall prevail).
Plastic products are fragile and it is inevitable that they will be damaged during transportation. Generally, logistics companies promise that the damage rate during transportation will be less than 3%. Our factory provides a free replacement service for goods that are damaged by no more than 6% of the total quantity of goods. The round-trip costs are borne by the buyer. It is suggested that wholesalers accumulate several exchanges to reduce the cost of exchange freight. Replenishment can be dispatched together with the next batch of goods. Due to its special nature, the damaged part of the gift list can only be replaced for free when the order is reissued.
