1. In-stock products: Orders placed and paid for before 16:00 can be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed and paid for after 16:00 will be dispatched the next day.
2. If there is no stock available, the customer service will inform you in advance. Please place your order after the shipping time is confirmed. If you need urgent same-day delivery, please contact customer service. For large orders, the price and delivery time should be negotiated with each other before placing the order.
3. Our factory defaults to YTO Express. After the customer places an order, our customer service will fill in the shipping fee. If you have any special requirements for express delivery, please inform the customer service before placing an order.
"Post-sale
When the customer receives the goods and finds any quality issues, please take photos as evidence and contact our customer service. The customer service will handle the situation based on the photos and the customer's description, and arrange for returns or exchanges according to the actual circumstances. We hope for mutual understanding.
2. For no-reason returns, the shipping cost to our factory shall be borne by the customer. For returns due to quality issues, the shipping cost shall be borne by our factory.
