Scientific principle

 

The fixed shape of the windmill blades (one side higher and the other lower than the direction of the wind) can cause the wind to blow in one direction on the surface of the blades (from high to low), thereby changing the direction of the passing wind. If a turning force is given to the wind, then the wind also exerts a force in the opposite direction on the fan blades, that is, the wind also exerts a counterforce on the fixed switch fan blades. The wind blades are fixed on the shaft of the wind turbine, so the force exerted by the wind on the blades is converted into the shear stress of the wind turbine through the fixed blades, which is why the wind turbine rotates. So the stronger the wind, the greater the turning force exerted by the wind blades on the wind. Correspondingly, the greater the turning force exerted by the wind on the windmill, the faster the windmill rotates.

The functions of each part are as follows: The blades are used to receive wind power and convert it into electrical energy through the head of the machine; The tail fin keeps the blades always facing the direction of the incoming wind to obtain the maximum wind energy. The rotating body enables the nose to rotate flexibly to achieve the function of adjusting the direction of the tail fin. The rotor of the machine head is a permanent magnet, and the stator winding cuts the magnetic field lines to generate electrical energy. Due to the unstable air volume of wind turbines, the output of alternating current varies from 13 to 25 volts. It needs to be rectified by a charger and then charged to the battery to convert the electrical energy generated by the wind turbine into chemical energy. Then, an inverter power supply with a protection circuit should be used to convert the chemical energy in the battery into AC 220V mains power to ensure stable operation.
