All the products in our store are measured by hand. Due to different measurement methods, there may be errors. For special products, it is even more difficult to control the measurement manually. For instance, when the flower heads are made, the size of the unfolded flower heads varies, and the measurement results will definitely be different. For individual flower heads, if they are squeezed, the measurement results will also be different. When we make measurements, we will adopt the average method to minimize the error.
3. Regarding defects
Most of the products in our store are made by hand and cannot meet the standards of machinery or digitalization. It is inevitable that some products may have minor flaws. Some of the flowers are hand-inserted. If they are squeezed during transportation or improperly used during construction, a few may fall off. This is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue. Please put them back in their original positions by hand. If necessary, you can use hot melt adhesive to stick them together. If the flowers are deformed by squeezing, use a hair dryer or hot steam to restore their shape. For some flowers, you can rotate the petals. If some products have serious defects that cannot be repaired, we can exchange or refund them for you. Our store does not accept returns for any individual products that have problems.
4. Regarding the price
The prices of the products in our store are the direct sales prices from the manufacturers. To meet the needs of different types of buyers, most of the products in our store adopt tiered pricing.

For general orders with small amounts or small quantities, we usually choose express delivery. The advantage is that it is convenient for shipping, packaging and delivery.
