Urgent

In case of peak order placement, our store will ship the goods in the order they are placed. In case of special circumstances, the delivery may be delayed. If you need it urgently, please contact customer service in time.

After shopping, if you need to return or exchange goods, please contact customer service first and then fill out the return and exchange registration card. Please be sure to fill in all the information carefully (order number, Wangwang ID, name of the order placed, contact phone number for the order placed).

Exchange goods

Seven-day no-reason return policy

After purchase: issues such as being too large or too small, too thin or too thick, transparent, having color differences due to size mismatch, inappropriate size, asymmetry that does not affect wearing, poor fabric quality, poor workmanship, loose threads, uncomfortable to wear, differences in details, slight stains, not looking as good as in the picture, unattractive wearing effect, and being different from what was imagined, with slight loose threads at the seams of the clothes, etc., do not fall under quality problems. For returns or exchanges regarding the above issues, the shipping cost is at your own expense.

The goods have been unlabeled, washed, worn and have a perfume smell. Special offer and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. The packaging and original accessories must be kept intact and returned in their original seal. No form of cash on delivery shipping is accepted! Please provide the following materials and include them in the package. Due to the fact that the surface of the goods may be damaged during transportation and difficult to identify, we apologize for any inconvenience.
