Regarding shipment:
        Our store defaults to logistics. You can specify the logistics company you cooperate with. You can pay the logistics fee directly to the logistics company when picking up the goods. If you need to send by express delivery, please communicate with the customer service in advance. The customer service staff will promptly distribute leaflets to the warehouse management to arrange for distribution and shipment, and the packaging personnel will carefully check the quantity. We all ship within 3 days. We are custom-made orders and have no stock available. Thank you for your cooperation.  
Goods receipt:
        Dear customers, please check the quantity and inspect the appearance of the goods in front of the logistics or Courier when receiving the goods. Make sure there are no errors before signing. If there are any missing items, please ask the logistics or Courier to note them and sign for confirmation. We will assist in contacting the shipping company to claim compensation for the missing parts and reissue the missing goods together when the customer places another order.

If the goods are damaged due to transportation reasons, it is the responsibility of a third party and our company cannot bear it. In case of any damage, please negotiate compensation with the logistics or express delivery company in person. If you sign for the goods without inspecting them upon receipt and later find that they are damaged or missing, and then claim compensation from the logistics or express delivery company, they will not recognize it.
